My Approach:

I will work with you to identify the areas in your life that you would like to achieve success and will help you determine and set goals to this end.  I will act as an Advisor, Teacher, Guide, Instructor and Trainer as is needed in your circumstances.  If you desire it, I may employ the use of non-therapeutic hypnotism to impress upon your mind positive thinking and the capacity for self-hypnosis to assist you in moving toward your desired goals.

Coaching Program:

My clients generally achieve a high level of success utilizing my unique combination of professional hypnosis, motivation and support.  Fees are $100 per session and sessions generally last from 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Responsibility:

You are responsible for your own life and decisions.  I will offer suggestions, options, and advice based upon my own life and personal experience, and I will work with you to identify solutions to your problems, but any decision about a course of action is yours, and you accept full responsibility for such decisions.  You should carefully evaluate the consequences of various options, and decide accordingly.  I make no representation or warranty to you that any of the methods, sessions or activities will work for your particular circumstances and in no way guarantee any results.

Commitment:

Your investment represents a commitment to successfully achieving your goals. My consulting services will continue for as long as we agree that you are getting a great value for your money. Therefore, payments will be made at each session and can be made by check, cash or credit card.  Either of us may terminate the relationship at any time for any reason.

Insurance:

I suggest you think of my services as something that you pay for personally.  That will both protect your privacy and help you value the work you are doing more.  In general, insurance companies do not cover consulting or hypnotic services, and I caution you not to expect them to do so.

Confidentiality:

I will not release any of the information about you to anyone without a written authorization from you, except as provided for by law.  You have a right to be allowed access to my written records about you.  I may choose at my option to video tape our session and such recording is my sole property and will remain confidential.
